Status Updates From The Blue Hour

I truly wanted to love this book! I'm not completely finished with it, but it is a story that is coming across as very mundane and sad. It is so well written though and that's what makes it difficult to give such a lackluster review of it!

If you are a fan of imagery and the wilderness...specifically the mountains this book is for you. I think this book is also a great read for someone probably middle aged or older. I am struggling with seeing the purpose of this story as a lot of the characters seem sad and almost unalive inside. I am hoping that it become a little more hopeful as it goes on but this is once again a book with a lot of wisdom.
