The characters were great and the story was heartwarming. It won me over. But I didn’t connect as much about the Americana sort of read trip

I pushed through the very sad beginning and it’s interesting so far, if a little slow. very very nice writing.

2/3 into the very well written and lots of descriptive but I feel although this is a journey into diving into the personal stories of the characters and not a fast past story , sometimes it’s easy to lose interest. But all in all, interesting and attaching characters
