Status Updates From The Mouse That Roared Boxed...

Have finished the first four. Good stuff but taking a break from before going on to number five

There are five volumes in this set. Of these, I read the first two in high school many years ago. I have now reread THE MOUSE THAT ROARED and have read several pages of THE MOUSE ON THE MOON.

Still humorous, although rather dated of course. You probably need to be familiar with the Cold War for some of it to make sense. Other cultural references such as the cigarette slogans don't really matter. I'm enjoying rereading these books.

Just purchased this, as ebook. I have read each of the five volumes multiple times as library books, but it has been a long time. My memories say these books are quite humorous, and two of them were made into movies with Peter Sellers. I'm hoping they won't be too dated.
