Status Updates From Poems For Children

I have always loved poetry. One of my favorite elements of the Ambleside Online curriculum and Charlotte Mason’s philosophy/methods are the gentle emphasis on poetry and recitation. This term as we read through Eugene Field’s selections I have found myself coming back to reread our morning selections again. I love these sweet and sometimes very funny poems. Eugene has quickly become a beloved favorite for me.
