Excellent read so far. Card is excellent at creating a new world and still leaving room for imagination. If you could take a camp fire and a log cabin in the woods and give it life in a book, that would be this book. It’s cozy and smart, American Pioneer story in an original way.

I really wanted to like this. Not for me. Way too much Christian doctrine.
