I love his idea of wk long spa with instruction on diet exercise yoga etc
But I disagree when he says then do annual visits
Oh lord has he never been a home heath nurse
I have visited people wkly taught them about their diet w their heart disease
I go the following and they are eating cheeseburgers
We are creatures of habit
People would need MUCH MORE follow up than once per year

So far nothing really new I didn’t know. But prob bc I read a lot of his books and articles.
