The author expresses that procrastination is an addiction. Usually the task at hand isn’t as bad as we think once we get started. Apparently, the brain lights up as if we’re in pain when we procrastinate but while doing the task, it disappears.

The author indicates that when learning, mix up the problems and not to do the same problem. That way it gives you different perspectives on how to handle it. An example is a tool, you can’t use the tool for the same projects, you need to know when it’s applicable and when you use other tools to finish the project.

i’m really enjoying this book so far. It has been an enlightening read and I can’t wait to implement the concepts i’m learning here

The ideas of chunking makes so much sense. The times i cover the material before lecture I understand and absorb the information so much better
