This book boring as hell 😂😂😂 this my favorite author lol has been forever lol. But lord idk if I read this in the past & liked it. However reading it now 🙄, if it wasn’t for book club I would quit

Slow start up

I wasn’t impressed. I’d been fine with Oscar. He had never let me down. And I liked the crib I was living in.? Wtf Dante been complaining about his living / financial situation since the third chapter ?

I’m with scamz on this one ; Jackson doesn’t deserve to get off Scott free ; Dante is such a softey !

Everyone in this book are thieves in the scam of honesty ! Everyone is lying to everyone , no one is safe , and everyone is rolling down like a rack of dominos ! Scamz was right about Jackson ! Dante is losing more than he’s gaining , and Pam is a sad mess !!!!! No one can be trusted not even them sisters sharing Scamz arrogant heartless ass !

Jackson is a woe is me simp ! Robin is a repressed coward instead of lying & sneaking behind Jackson back she should’ve kept it real , dropped his baggage, and move on instead of cheating on him and blaming him for being a willingly participant In his baby mama drama I’m mad I read the epilogue because he’s right back In the bulls^*%<

Lmfaooo no this man didn’t have a night terror and punch this woman in the lip….. instead of Pam leaving right away she’s mad because he noticed her stretch mark stomach ?!? She should’ve left then ! Her complaints of aging & insecurity is tiring atp along with Dante’s last limb car & his complaints of being broke ! I’m trying to see if he gets unemployment checks to soften these fatal money crisis blows

We be done ? Why must EJD make his characters so damn corny ! And how did he slide money and a copy of iliad in her damn locked / alarmed car ! He’s trying to hard to get at her if this is a waste of time I’m going to be pissed & why do DANTE & the rest of his male pose be so damn dense bringing up a woman’s age like they aren’t up there too ! I hate Scamz name ! This book better be going somewhere seriously

With the GREAT EJD gone I want to keep him alive by reading a few of his books I haven’t read yet ! I hope to like this book because I like how Pam handled that racist prick at the coffee house , but I h8te how many times he’s been called the N-word and what’s going on with Robin !!?!
