Thought (from the bright cutesy cover and the blurb comparing it to Malory Towers) that it would be light and bright. Now we have the mystery about Edie's parents (possibly) being political spies on top of the regular boarding school drama as well? All the adults seem so suspicious and menacing in this book, unlike Malory Towers.

I'm seeing Fingersmith but juvenile

Pretty good so far with a intriguing start. I already have many questions. I’m enjoying getting to know Edie and the annoying boys that fished out Edie’s pet Tilly from the pond.
