Status Updates From When In Rome...Find Yourself

the struggle is real...

Now I really want to like this book.
But there are a few things bothering me that I want to remind myself of for when I am writing my review. Which are the very poor quality of writing when it comes to flashbacks and the portrayal of drugs.
On the other hand I really love the way anxiety is portrayed. Very realistic and just perfect!

oh yes, cause if the street signs in an unknown city were in English and not in Italian that would make the whole difference in the world

No one has heard about tourists in Italy getting robbed :") aw, not sure if i should laugh or cry

Seriously, I need to know what bus compaby it is if I can leave Rome after breakfast and get to Milan in time for a late-morning snack. Maybe I'll be able to see Milan, after all.

Also who buys bus tickets on the station, you get then online...

how on earth do you go on a day trip from Rome to Milan, especially on a bus which in real life takes TEN HOURS from Rome to Milan

"Girls weren't supposed to walk alone." Yeah, maybe in the 19th century. Or on the other side of the Atlantic ocean. Jeez, my whole life seems like a mistake now, too bad I'm not going to rethink it.

Please, all the spontaneous travellers I know are girls, even more, boys are more likely to stay home or travel only in a group... America cannot be THAT different
