Enjoying it so far, but a bit less grasping than Annihilation was. I’m excited to see how the flip of character concept develops and where Control will begin to evolve with Area X, if that does happen.

Almost as compulsive as the first and readable after a glass of bordeaux I am happy to report. Control is a big dumb baby (complimentary).

I was afraid that waiting two years after reading the first book in this trilogy to start this might be too long, but fortunately the author seamlessly works in recap details into the beginning of this book
