Truly such an epic book! Really enjoying this. I’m not much of a “science” person, but I’m thinking that’s been a blind spot for me. Faith is vital—and renewing your mind and optimizing your intellect and thought life work with faith, not against it. Highly recommend this book.

WHOA. This book is jam-packed with evidence that science is catching up to the Bible concerning your thoughts, freewill, your health, and your decisions.

I’m thrilled I started going through the audiobook while I walked three miles today, but I’m also kicking myself for not reading this YEARS AGO.

Even still, I’m not an avid audiobooker and fully intend to go through a physical copy to mark up.
