Status Updates From Red Death

Mám ji právě rozečtenou a přátelé, řeknu vám, že já tu knihu miluju. Jsem terpve na začátku, ale u teď si zoufale přeju, aby vyšla i v češtině, a mohli jste nad ní taky slintat blahem :) Zatím to vypadá na efektní fantasy ve stylu Skleněného trůnu :)

Great long foreword about the cast of characters etc, etc, etc and how we would grow to love them, etc etc and that there was a list of the characters at the back of the book. Fine. Until I got to the end of chapter one, nicely immersed in the story, only to be jerked out by the bright blue link to the cast of characters at the end ! NOT a good way to keep your readers engaged.

I gave up on this book which is something I RARELY do. Just way too many characters. And yes even though he provides a character list it’s just too much work for a pleasure read...

I'm only 22% into this fairly short book and I've already read chapters from 7 different characters POV. I'm enjoying the book, but I feel that's a bit much for such a short book.

I was not expecting much from this book, but it's pretty exciting so far!

Not sure about the book yet. So far it's introducing all the different characters, that are in the book. So I am not really sure who is who yet.
I liked Eamon, and the main girl character. ( so I forgot her name and don't have my book opened.)
