Claire knew. Even before I did.

Why do I do this to myself? Surely reading about grief is going to be depressing as hell! Wtf was I thinking??? I'm a rom-com girl! I love humor and banter and witty observations. I like sarcasm and flirtation and a competitive streak never goes astray either. So WHY did I chose this dark, gloomy peek into grief and loss?? Why people? Was it the lure of forbidden love? Urgh. Who knows.

The only way to describe this book so far is that reading it feels like looking through a mist of melancholy secrets.
