So far they seem hastily conceived or too extreme. We shall see.

Final Thoughts:
I'm not one for story collections as I'm slowly figuring out.
There were some stories in here I really liked and some I didn't care for. There were some I liked the ending, some I didn't like the ending but it worked and some I just did not like how they ended.
Story collections are always a mixed back. I enjoyed the read but it's hard to love something that you don't love all the parts of.

The stories individually are interesting, & I like reading one at a time...
There was one about the stars & everything was astrological. While I didn't hate it, it's probably not my favorite presently. I don't know why either, just that it felt less mature than others.
The one where they found a companion for a willful girl...I knew that man liked the companion. It was just cute to see them engaged at the end.

The first story made me really sad because of Rothschild. But then Mr Smith made me really happy.
The second story...I enjoy the gayness of it and the empowerment of not having to marry to give a man all her power.
The third story ended way better than it could have. Those who loved could love. And the one who wanted money, got money. Win-win.
