Status Updates From French Twist

I’m glad it’s short because I’m not invested hardly at all. It could have been interesting, but I’m wholly convinced after this library haul of James Patterson novels that he is a pro at lazy writing. Maybe I should read his older works, but they may all be the same.

I don’t like that K. Burke (what a dumb thing to call her as a “nickname”) is portrayed as both the dumb blonde and captain obvious even though she’s literally a detective. It’s obnoxious. It’s giving “you’re halfway smart…for a girl” vibes.
