Status Updates From Une Folie Meurtriere (Adam ...

I love PD James, it's an easy read with a little twist which can be a little predictable but still worth a read. It's a book of it's time, so some of the language and social commentary is a little dated, but you can get over that. I enjoyed it, and found it an easy read after a hard day's work.

In the first chapter, the author seemed to be taking the private psychiatric clinic rather facetiously, as if she disbelieved in the medical specialty and knew of no one who could would or should use its services. Only need hospital services to set broken bones, remove gallstones or kidney stones and only for difficult births. When management believes this, they chuck out the entire psychiatry dept.

Story takes place in a private shrink clinic. Yikes, those fees.
