Sato’s crew plan to meet with the minister and Tanaka wants those who experimented on him punished as well as new laws protecting Demi human rights, he also wants to do this bloodlessly

Kei calls his mom, she’s just as rational and logical, she says caring about someone is useless, you have to act for their sake
Dr’s in US do research on boy who got shot and died but his bullet wounds healed, so being on the threshold of becoming a demihuman and the connection w a flood event
