Status Updates From Closer

So it’s needlessly dramatic. Not sure I like the writing style- the way the author refers to the characters, not by their name, but by the feeling they evoke. I dunno- it’s weird. The push and pull of their relationship and the toxicity between them is based on immaturity and flying off the handle with jealousy. Not loving them as characters right now. Thinking about moving on…

I had such a book hangover from Ramsay that I had to take some time before moving on to my next book. Of course I'm going to try to finish everything Mary Elizabeth has written because she's amazing!
