A question i had while reading is that how are then going to get to the other worlds just by sailing in the ocean./

Magnus split up with Mallory and Sam. They both defeated giants and he had help from crows. They make it back to the ship and sail to Niflheim. They’re all freezing and have to make their way ashore, Alex kisses Magnus. This helps him continue on but they’re met with Skadi. Magnus explains the plan to her and she thinks it should work to stop Loki, but also warns him after he stops Loki that he’ll likely die
