Status Updates From יסתובב לו העולם הגדול

I picked this up at a little library on vacation. This book has the most beautiful prose and I’m loving it.

The story of Corrigan, a devout Irish Catholic who came to New York and committed himself to living in the projects among homeless prostitutes, has seemingly wrapped up for now, and we move onto Claire, a wealthy woman who lost her son to the Vietnam War. She seems ashamed of her status, but still is prone to being a bit entitled. The prose hasn’t been grabbing me so far. But interested to see where it goes.
