Status Updates From The Whispers of Rings

Approaching climax here. We've questioned the protagonists roll till now. Put up time.

It's not so much the plot unfolding as the layers of our ain character being pulled back. She's going to have to make a decision soon.

Ok. We're over the the first real conflict, and moving from there. What would have been an unexpected turn of events was tempered in the narrative. I prefer jarring to smooth but I'll settle for smooth. Characters are clear, but they do settle for roles at times. Still a good read. There is a twist coming it seems. Here we go.

The story moved in an unexpected but good direction. Questions are raised, and I'm curious about how the main character will deal with working through her next steps, since she's pretty much powerless in her own life. We'll see how this goes.

Okay. We see a weakness in our main character. Very not hero-like. In my opinion there's no way for her to redeem herself but let's see.

The plot is officially advancing. There are secrets being kept.

The beginning of a sexy story. Strong setting and characters.

This is not a typical read for me, but I am intrigued by the authors style and decided to give it a go. The reading has been enjoyable and does draw you into this bit of intimate fantasy. She has a wondrous amount of well put together conversations and appealing interactions between characters.
