This book had some sort of personality disorder. It swaps from a romance to a paranormal to a thriller and more. Except not in the good way that great books do. This actually feels like chapters were torn from different genre books, names changed to fit our characters and then put all together with no rhythm, cadence or sense of consistent voice.

Hey look. The plot came back after the last 25-30% of he book ignored it.
Gotta say the Scottish brogue accent is really starting to bug me. It's just so unnecessary and feels like a cheap gimmick to remind people of something instead of being insightful like previously. Too bad.

Supernatural intervention is still no excuse for someone thinking they love someone after three days. While pointing out she doesn't know what he does for a living she then proclaims her undying love. I don't get it.

Again I say the super speed romance story is too bad as the writing and rest of the book are intriguing.

Male love interest: I need to apologize for kissing you earlier
Female main character: no need
Male love interest: "no more talking... just kiss me"

Seriously?!
It's sad that the writing is pretty good and the idea of the plot intrigues me but this insta I've only known you for two days love crap is killing me.

Nice strong voice from our first person POV gal.
