The ideas are interesting, though the words could be simplified more, as there are unnecessary repeats that occur too many times, making it a nuisance to keep washing your brain.

Repetitive, good introductory book to thinking about complexity, appreciate some of the insights which were great (complexity vs complicated). I would think most engineers, scientists already know about some of the issues with increasingly complex systems (interconnectedness, klugyness, breadth & depth of knowledge) but no one really how's how to deal with the problem.
