finished. This is a long lost 1978 diary charting Antonia Fraser and Harold Painter's only fortnight visit to Israel. it is an enchanting document of a time, a place and two people. Wonderfully written. A small insight into Harold Painter's relationship with Antonia Fraser. Also gives some view I to Painter's relationship to his Jewish connection. Thoroughly enjoyed. Very highly recommend.
