The actor has an absurd fate. If lucid, the limit of death seems to drive a passion of quantity, which is available to the actor. The varied lives portrayed via appearance carrying their own truths and struggle with the absurd. Living those characters consciously, not turning away from oneself or contradiction, but using the opportunity to expand one’s quantity, while seemingly carrying some part of roles played.

Camus começa a desenvolver seu conceito de absurdo que não é exatamente o que entenderíamos da palavra e sim um aturdimento diante do fato da realidade e tudo exterior ao humano nos ser em alguma medida inatingível e incompreensível,isto é, a falta de um sentido humano para a realidade.
