The relationship between the pro and antagonist is that the protagonist Henry is the owner/ wielder of the pencil of doom which is the antagonist.

The author uses characterization to describe the protagonist being Henry by showing off his knowledge about the pencil always making stuff that is even good into something bad.

The point of view is in third person omniscient so I as the reader know everything that happens before the characters do like I knew about the Lion, the robbery and the big check that all did damage to the people who drew with the pencil.

An example of cause and effect in this book is that after Jack drew himself with 1 million dollars using Henry's Pencil of Doom a robber throws that cash at him while driving away in his/her getaway car making Jack Japes a Millionaire.

This is a funny book with quirky characters. For example: Mr. Brainfright, who is a wacky teacher that teaches wacky stuff and falls out the second floor window very often. Henry has a pencil of "doom" because whenever someone draws with it, it always comes true in a different or bad way. I think this pencil should already destroyed the world by now because of the bad stuff that happened to some people.
