As much as I can agree with the stuff in here, they ain't stories. They are politics shoved in your face with the agenda sign blaring at you, and like, I don't care if I agree at this point. I'm bored and fed up with stupid characters. And they just...stop...in odd places.

Killing Anna by Jacqueline Ward- 3.5 stars Points for seeming obvious about the ending, and then it wasn't.

A Crooked Mile by Fiona Quinn- 5 stars Now that was an awesome short story! intense, emotional, and turned into a mystery. This is why I can never DNF anthologies, never know when a gem is hiding in the mix.

First and Forgotten by Debbie Cassidy- 2 stars It would have been 3 stars and ok if it weren't for the last few paragraphs. Now i'm just confused and need to know more. A few paragraphs shorter would have been a cute little story.

The One For Me by Teresa Roman- 1.5 stars. There was some nice diversity with the MC being hispanic and I liked the message of you don't know what someone has been through by looking at them. But it's too short to get me to really care about the characters and ok I just really REALLY hate public proposals. I can't see them as anything other than very emotionally manipulative.
