The protagonist in my book, "On the court with Steph Curry" is Steph Curry. I know this because this book is a non fiction biography which means there is only one character in this book. I also know this because in the text it says "to get a sense of Steph curry's career". This shows that the book is about Steph curry's career and that he is the main character.

SETTING: His story began with backyard practices in Charlotte North Carolina, but after the course of his career began, he ended up on the golden state warriors or in the San Fransisco bay area.

Visualize: I can visualize the crowd booing when Steph gets drafted to the Golden States Warriors. On page 40, it says, "With the seventh pick in the 2009 NBA draft, the Golden State Warriors select Stephen Curry from Davidson College. The crowd erupted in a scream of collective anguish, followed by deafening boos." Everyone thought he was going to be drafted to the Knicks, which is why everyone booed.

prediction. I have predicted that curry will be in the big collage tournaments. my prediction was correct and he was in the big tournaments. I predicted this because the context clues were saying curry was in the top 10 high school players.

Summary: The main character in the book is Stephen Curry. The story is about his life and how he made it to the NBA. The book starts in North Carolina but continues on into Oakland, CA. One major event takes place in Cleveland, Ohio when Curry won his first championship.

The point of view of this book is 3rd person limited. The reason I know this is because it is a biography book. So we know its told by an outside narrator. But knows some of the thoughts and feelings Curry has because of the research they did to write the book. But it only knows Curry's feelings and thoughts not all the characters. So it's not a 3rd person omniscient.

This book has three different genres. It is a informational persuasive biography. It is a biography because it talks about Stephen Curry's life. It is also informational because it gives you information about Stephen Curry.It is also persuasive because it can make you become a Curry fan or maybe just a Golden State Warriors fan.

Topic: Make a prediction. My prediction is that curry trains as hard as he can then he wins the finals in college finals. Then he makes basketball his whole career. Then he quits basketball when he is older the he retires with millions of dollars for him and his family. He is pretty smart.

The Audience reading this book most likely have interest in basketball or maybe just Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors and I think the age range for this book is probably mostly kids.

The summary of this book is about the main character Stephen Curry. It's about his life at a young age getting better at basketball and going to college and playing basketball at Davidson and how he got drafted going into the NBA going to the Golden State Warriors. And how people thought he wasn't going to be good because of injuries but proved them wrong and won and championship.

I have many connections between me and this book but there's one that I really like. The one I mainly like is that everyone thinks Stephen is small and bad at basketball because of his height but ends up proving them wrong. I can connect to this because i'm small like Stephen and sometimes people don't think I play basketball because of my height.

One setting in the book is on June 25, 2009 at Madison Square Garden. This scene is this is where all the basketball prospects are for the NBA draft and where Stephen is going to get drafted. Stephen was also in the green room with his parents, sister Sydel, and Girlfriend Ayesha Alexander this is where Stephen was sitting during the draft. I found this information on page 39.

There is a good amount of conflict in this book. The main conflict is Stephen Curry. Reason being is because of his size. When coaches would watch Stephen they liked him he could shoot the ball, was athletic, had everything a basketball player needed the one thing they counted out was his size and height. But that didn't stop Stephen. Coach McKilop loved Stephen and pushed him to where he is today.

A supporting character for Stephen was coach McKilop. The reason why is because coach McKilop belived in Stephen when other coaches didn't. and supported Stephen even if he was small. And he would let Stephen have his shine moments and give him the chances other people wouldn't. That's the reason coach McKilop is the supporting character for Stephen because he belived in him when others didn't.

QUEST: The story is most like "The Quest." The protagonist Steph Curry and his companions are his family, Dell, his dad, and his mom. Steph sets out to make it to the NBA and win a championship. His obstacles along the way are injuries and under performing. In the book he also faces players like Russell Westbrook and Kyrie Irving.

SUP. CHARACTER: Stephen Curry's dad also played in the NBA and he loved to shoot. Steph also loves to shoot just like his dad. In a speech, Steph thanked his dad and said, "to follow in your footsteps...means a lot" pg. 71. This quote shows that Steph is really inspired by his dad.
