Status Updates From Standing Stone

I am finding it really hard getting past the editing/grammar errors at this point... it's driving me up the wall & taking away a lot of the actual story for me. The only thing I actually like about this is Will & Joe.... :/

I'm not really sure at this point. Mac... why? It's a bit off for me right now... but I will finish it.

Yeah, nope. I can't continue this right now. I will be shelving it until March 29th because it's a book I need to complete for my GangBang challenge, but it will be the LAST BOOK I read before the new picks are in...because this writing is just so damned awkward and stilted.

Oh man, I don't know about this book. From the blurb I can totally tell I want to read it but the writing is so damned stilted.

It reads like this. Will thinks he might like that. He sees the thing. It reminds him of something else. He lives here. It's a nice place. OMFG I just might strangle my Kindle if it continues along these lines...

This book is way too long. And that makes it really hard to get through since the editing is awful and the storyline and multiple characters being confused all the time. This is one hot mess of a train wreck on crack. But, I'm still reading it. I'm determined to finish this if it kills me.

Man, it's taking me forever to get through this one. So many characters running amok in the story and not identified in a way that allows the reader to figure out what the hell is going on. LOTS and LOTS of confusing plot points too. Oh, boy.

I'm not sure about this one. It's one of my favorite M/M subgenres with the law enforcement angle, but the conversations between characters are tough to read. I wish the author used contractions in the dialog. IMO people don't talk to each other so formally and it makes reading a bit off putting. This one may end up a DNF for me.
