This volume was p solid until they tried to make me care about Tad. It reminds me of that Disney quote “you were born a street rat, you’ll die a street rat, and only your fleas will mourn you.”

The new chief seems to be the good guy Bludhaven needs, but the new inspector is the same old same :(. Honestly this series is so repetitive @ this point and I’m just not having a great time with it anymore bc nothing ever gets solved and there are too many events/tie-ins that are just slammed into the middle of unrelated arcs, though we rarely get to see their conclusions.
