This was a really good, easy read. A great reminder of the pressures teen girls face and some useful tips that I wish I had been given at that stage of life. Will definitely be using this resource in my work life and will give the adult version a go to see how the advice differs

Obviously not the target audience for this book but enjoy this one regardless. Can definitely see ways this book will be useful in my professional and personal life. Still want to read the original to see if the advice is dramatically different for adults.
