The second half of the book was more about the outer than the underworld, which was a relief. During her holiday apparently regaining her relationship with her children in France, Henrietta plays the stock exchange and gains another windfall as she exits it with good timing. Now she is able to focus on her children, she discovers that her children, although emersed in French culture and school, with a private tutor,
