Trace is in love with Savanna and doesn’t want to lose her so he proposes to her. She accepts and says that Aunt Mae always gave the best gifts.

Hannah stayed the night at a friends house. Savanna and Trace spent the night together. The open house was a success. Tomorrow is Christmas. Trace is starting to ask himself if he sees himself being with Savanna forever. He is scared that he might be like his father who only ever cared about himself. He needs to talk with Savanna on where this is going with the two of them.

Savanna is making some progress in restoring the bedrooms. Trace and Hannah have been working on their own project. He repainted the outside shutters and redid the floors. Savanna is blown away. They went caroling. Hannah met a friend and Trace had a chance to kiss Savanna. He asks if she wants to have an open house tomorrow night for Christmas Eve. He planned everything. She says yes! They have a party to plan!

Trace finds out how bad things are for Savanna financially and makes some calls to help. He has to be sneaky so she doesn’t feel like it’s charity. Trace helps decorate the Christmas tree and kisses Savanna. She is trying hard to not like him because she views his business type personality being just like her ex’s. Trace is trying to enjoy the holiday traditions but memories of his Scrooge dad are plaguing him

Trace is feeling happy. The happiest he has felt in a long time. He is falling for Savanna and quickly! They go and find a Christmas tree. It’s a huge one. Nate Daniels, Mae’s lover stops by. Tells them how much they meant to Mae.

Trace, Savanna, and Hannah will spend the Christmas holiday together due to Mae’s last request.
