I have gotten to the portion where they begin to provide tips for how to combat stress and worry in your life. I am looking forward to seeing if I can implement any of these suggestions and begin working towards a more balanced life. The writing issues are still very apparent to me, and actually cause me stress, but the content has been worth the annoyance so far.

So far this book has held a lot of information about how the brain and body respond to stimuli and fear. I am looking forward to seeing the tips that I can implement in my own life to combat anxiety. The main problem I have with this book so far is the writing issues. Sentence structure, punctuation, repeated words, and other issues that throw off the reader when trying to stay focused on the information instead.
