She still looks gorgeous. Learning to fast since intermittent fasting does not really work for me unless you do 18/6 or 20/4, which only did once but gains as soon as you go back to normal. Her diet is two smoothies for two meals as replacement and omad.

I plan to read and look at real stories... tried smoothie minus protein powder prefer nut butter or nuts for such. Seaweed or gel another base.
Not into flax seeds prefer black sesame seeds or whole foods seeds.
Tropical island smoothie good used mango frozen in place of frozen peach 🍑. May want to list subs.
