This story is one of those stories that drags you in against your will and keeps you reading even though you might be wondering why. (I would liken it to Taboo or The OA on Netflix).
Not a single word that this author writes is 'filler'. Each and every word has deep meaning and significance and on occasion, I've had to reread the odd paragraph because I've missed something important by not paying enough attention.
