Status Updates From Welcome to the Monkey House

"Miss Temptation" would be a great short story to study in class, I think. The first bit made me very angry because the Corporal was such a misogynistic asshole but then he talks to the chemist and the woman he looks down upon and the message turns out to be about empathy and a shift of perspective/perception.

The title story disgusted me. It's like an incel's manifesto. The moral is like: Women need to be 🍇 if they don't want sex. The more time goes on and the more often they are 🍇 the more joy they will find in sex." It was written in 1968 which just shows that most men never understood that sexual liberation is about more than birth control and having sex outside marriage... I hate this story!
