please send me mindless fluff book recs. and any spare xanax you have (seriously, nobody will prescribe it to me anymore, i’m dying 😅)

As somone with bipolar the insights on mania, career focus, perfection, and suicide are deeply pertinent. The focus on seasonal cycles and mixed episodes was enlightening and something I hope to prepare for in future. Night Falls Fast is well researched and approaches a delicate subject with empathy and scientific rigor. It's not a fun read but an important one nonetheless.
