So far … so good… listening to audiobook, narrator BJ Harrison , has the perfect storytelling voice.

Okay. “BUT” don’t judge a book by its cover. Don’t know why change it from the dark elf and woman holding fire ball 🔥 which is closer to the story. Which the heroine used more her magic✨ The magic part is interesting. Could use some magical action. So far, like the world and characters. I simply have mixed feelings about the heroine. No, I’m not jealous. Maybe a tiny bit

Tropes so far: unconscious groping due to "uncontrollable" sexiness (but it's lady on man groping so somehow he's ok with it?), the classic "I can't lose my virginity because mystic reasons," and the classic boners at inappropriate times. Cheese factor: 5

*sigh* another romance ending unnecessarily with a pregnancy. And what kind of bs is the line "time to begin your lessons" with reference to taking her to bed? Not cute.
