whew LOL…this book was written in 2003 and you can tell. dialogue wise, it doesn’t age well at all. i read it for the first time, shortly after it came out (and i had absolutely no business reading it then) and i remember is being amazing because clearly here i am in 2026 seeking it out to add to my library. i just recently found out theres a sequel, hence the reread.

Kat is a lowdown conniving ass bitch. She’s really the reason why Gloria killed that pimp. if it wasn’t for her, fighting his bottom bitch and her and Tender having to jump in, they wouldn’t be in this mess. Now she kicks out Goldie with no place for her to go. 😤 Also I know Kat is gonna try and take Q from Tender. I hope Tender beat her ass!!
