Status Updates From Glimmer of Steel

Reading aloud to hubby, son & daughter. My daughter is oohh-ing and ahh-ing every chapter. She's hooked! The boys are too, but they're much more sedate about it. LOL

Reading round #2, this time with hubby & the kids. Two chapters in and my daughter is already in love with this story!

You know a book is good when you start reading it in a hot bath and you're so engrossed that you don't even notice that the water has turned cold and your fingers have a blue tinge (slight exaggeration but you get the gist). I cannot wait to get back to it and find out what happens to Jennica. So far, so amazing!

I hate to stop myself from finishing last night. I was pruning in the bath. Can't put this book down.

Can't put this one down. Good world building. The soul switching thing really works. Liking it.

Still really enjoying this. Can't believe Kindle Scout rejected this. Nutballs! Still so good. Wondering if it's the start of a series, but it could still be a stand alone. Just would want more from this author.

I've fallen into this book. Can't stop reading. Digesting it quickly. Fantastic, icky victim that makes Ramsay Bolton look nice. The soul switching with an Earth girl is really working. Slow build in the romance. Waiting to see how it builds with the Tovar. Excellent world building.

Really good start. Great establishing of world. Very unique. Enjoying.
