It's hideous how much more I understand about this than I would have in 2014. The decade of seeing people around the world be victims of American occupation live in video and the current reality of having attacked Iraq with Israel.

this is really affecting. The narrative voice is super... distant? like nonfiction, like I said, but it's a really intense story so I'm starting to be grateful for that

Definitely a great idea and I'm really interested in it. But the narration/the writing itself is very... nonfiction? If that makes sense? Very little dialogue, a lot of narration.
