ipecac: a medication derived from the ipecacuanha plant that was once used to induce vomiting in cases of accidental poisoning

So far great book, but it did have a difficult start. The beginning is confusing, by skipping between scenes, characters, countries, and times. But by now we know what it's about, who the characters are, what's at stake, and where it might be going.
Pleasantly surprised by the plot, curious where it'll land.
