Status Updates From Short & Skinny

Another comfort read. Initially read this as a library book & ended up buying it hoping my sons would like it too but mostly for my bookshelves. Still the chuckles & its set in 1977(beginning in May). So I was about 2 years old during that month...turned 3 in Sept of '77

mark is a 7th grader. but unlike his best friend and other kids he is short and skinny. mark is in memorial junior high. today was his scoliosis test and when he takes his shirt off everyone including the gym teacher look at him in a weird way. but after the scoliosis test the gym teacher tells him to meat him in the back gym so he goes there and the gym teacher explains he will help him have confidences in himself.
