Status Updates From Une famille trop parfaite

Seems the author is writing this book to develop the detective as a character yet he’s not fleshed out at all. I found the first half of the book pretty dull. Then there’s an abrupt change in perspective from the police force to the victims and perpetrators which was weird. This would have probably made a good “stalking/obsession” had the main characters been developed and fleshed out from the beginning.
