Notes:
(1) This was an okay volume. The premise is kind of weak. Uncle Joey being released from prison is a fine conceit, but not a compelling plot.
- Neither Joey nor the newly-introduced Baines siblings have any distinct traits besides shouting.
(2) I did really enjoy the callback to the first film.
- Once again Lorraine bakes a cake for a celebration that doesn't happen.

Notes:
(1) Nice standalone issue to start the volume. Standard sitcom stuff: forgotten anniversary leads to last-minute gift hunting.
- I still don't like this new scientist friend of Doc's. There's nothing special about him apart from speaking in esoteric science jargon.
(2) It's never mentioned why this takes place in 2017. I guess it's because the issue came out in 2017.

Notes:
(1) Hopefully, this volume gets back to the spirit of Volume 2.
- As interesting as it was to have a narrative discussion of time travel metaphysics, there wasn't really a story to go with it—at least not one that would mesh with the suspension of disbelief required for the movies.
- Marcelo Ferreira's back on art. To me, the best fit of all the artists they've used.
