Status Updates From Rescue Me (Heathens Ink #1)

I really struggle when I’m not very far into a book and there’s so many procedural no-no’s. I don’t expect an author to get it all right, but so much just has me cringing.
Example: guy has been out of it for two days after surgery, but there’s no catheter? Maybe other readers don’t mind, but it bugs me.

I want to like this more than I do. It’s just lacking in correct knowledge about how things work and there are holes
