The story of a confused young man, who became a helicopter pilot, during the Vietnam War. The book was easy to read. He broke up the story in small chapters. He and his roommate agreed if either would die, the other would escort his body home to his family. His friend was killed the next day. I believe this duty was the start of solving his "moral dilemma". He has continued to help families of soldiers killed.

Great book! Informative and sad to hear what these young men went through. Hard to imagine experiencing what they went through at such young ages - with little or negative recognition.
