Status Updates From The Thirst for Annihilation...

Started this on a whim as I was listening to Swan's Great Annihilator (was actually looking for the Unquenchable Thirst for Annihilation), as I figured it would be a great companion to the album. So far, it reads like a maladaptive response of having to wrestle with the fact reality is far more terrible than we could ever imagine. I can't deny there's a certain allure to it, in the same way there is in sniffing glue.

A bookclub read to "provoke everyone" according to the one who chose it. I'm scared
